The entire site is protected by copyright: text, photos, videos, design, code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, shaders), WebGL scene, 3D model and griffin animations. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited (French Intellectual Property Code, Code de la propriété intellectuelle, arts. L122-4 and L335-2).

Client trademarks and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Griffon Noir opts out of text and data mining of this site, including for training artificial intelligence models (art. L122-5-3 of the same code; Directive (EU) 2019/790, art. 4).

The site collects personal data only through the contact form: name, email address, company, phone number, project type, indicative budget, message, and the IP address it was sent from (security, abuse prevention).

This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal (pre-contractual steps taken at your request, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). It is read by Eric Huguenin and Maéva Hostalier and hosted by Hostinger in the European Union. It is never sold, transferred or used for advertising purposes.

It is kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.

Data controller: Eric Huguenin. You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it or request its portability by writing to contact@griffonnoir.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

The site sets no advertising, social media or audience measurement cookies, so no consent is requested.

Only a visit counter is kept in your browser’s storage, to adapt the griffon animation from one visit to the next. It is never sent anywhere.

To see which pages are read, the site uses Matomo, an audience measurement tool we host ourselves, with Hostinger in the European Union. It sets no cookies, truncates your IP address and cannot track you from one site to another. Raw data is deleted after 6 months; only aggregated statistics are kept, and they are never shared.

This measurement is exempt from consent, but you can refuse it with the box below (your choice is then kept in a cookie). Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting is also respected.
